Sara Kea, Class of 2026 l Year 2 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Sara is excited to be returning to the Sacred Hearts Academy's Video Productions team as an Executive Producer. She hopes to get more involved in production and make more content. Something Sara enjoys is listening to music and surfing in her free time. You will either catch her surfing at Waikiki or on the West Side!

Hailey Kim, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Hailey is very excited to be a part of the school's Video Productions program. She has always loved taking pictures and videos because she enjoys capturing the memories that come with them and being able to look back on those moments. Hailey hopes to improve her filming and photography skills. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and dancing.

Megan Lee, Class of 2026 l Year 2 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Megan is excited to reprise her role in the Academy's Video Productions program as well as be a member of the Executive Producer Team! Megan is looking forward to creating heartfelt memories, especially as she enters her senior year. One fun fact about Megan is that she does sports photography, so if you're ever in need of someone to capture your athletic moments, Megan's the girl for you!

Sage Nguyen, Class of 2027 l Year 3 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Sage is elated to join the Video Productions program for her third year! Additionally, she’s happy to be a part of the Executive Producer team again. Although Sage has been seen a lot on camera, she’s excited to refine her skills and work on her talents behind the scenes. When Sage is not at school, she enjoys doing musical theater. You may have seen her as Pearl Krab at Diamond Head Theater’s The Spongebob Musical! Sage can’t wait for another exciting year with the Lancers Lately.

Calla is very excited to contribute to Lancers Lately and advance in her skills of photography and editing videos. She enjoys dancing and spending time in nature, like hiking and going to the beach.

Brazhelya Tadaki, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Brazhelya is very excited to be a part of Lancers Lately. She's been interested in photography for a while, and she's very excited that she gets to be in this class for her last year of high school. She enjoys playing softball and hanging out with her family. She wants to be able to create memories that she can always look back on and cherish forever.

Angela is excited to be a part of the Video Productions program. She hopes to capture the school's essence and beauty, as well as the liveliness of the students. Angela has been interested in photography and wants to explore the social field. One fun fact about her is that she loves to go to concerts.

Allison Yokoyama, Class of 2027 l Year 2 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Ally is looking forward to being a part of this year's Video Productions team. This is Ally's second year in Video Productions and her first year being a part of the Executive Producer team! She hopes to get a better perspective of the students' lives around campus, and to be better at editing, script writing, producing, and much more! A fun fact about Ally is that this year for the Sacred Hearts Academy band program, Ally is serving as a color guard section leader and a part of the Band council. Ally also enjoys hanging out with friends in her free time. Something Ally wants to be remembered for is her personality and dedication throughout the year.

Hala'i is looking forward to the experience of being part of the school's Video Productions program. She is excited to learn new ways to develop her editing and filming skills, and to participate in a lot of different events as well. One fun fact about her is that she enjoys playing a lot of different sports and is currently on the school's volleyball team. She wants to be remembered for her energy, hard work, and her contribution to the school.

Tooa is excited to be part of the school's Video Productions program again. She is looking forward to enhancing her skills in editing and filming and also being able to develop new skills throughout the year. One fun fact about her is that she loves playing volleyball. Esther Burce, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Esther is thrilled to be a part of the school's Video Productions program. Although she's new to this class and doesn't know how to use a camera yet, she hopes she can learn how to use one to capture and record many different experiences in this school. Through that, she hopes she can leave a mark on this school before she graduates. She hopes she can be remembered for her kindness and empathy. Aside from that, one fun fact about her is that she loves drawing.

Izzabelle is excited to be part of the school's Video Production program. She looks forward to learning everything about the film industry. From editing and adding finishing touches to videos, to interviewing, shooting short skits or films, and exploring all the creative aspects of filmmaking. One fun fact about her is that she loves designing outfits and drawing in her free time. Izzabelle also looks forward to learning how she can improve her photography, filming, and creative skills throughout the year.

Xuanthanh is so thrilled to be a part of the Video Productions team this year and to be given this opportunity to learn many new and amazing skills in the tech department. One fun fact about her is she has been going to Sacred Hearts Academy for around 5 years now, and in her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and hanging with friends. She wants to be able to get out of her comfort zone and be able to speak confidently in front of the camera, whether that be interviewing people or announcing upcoming events for the school. She is thrilled to be a part of the Executive Producers team, as she is returning in her second year of Video Productions. She hopes to enhance her editing skills and technique while teaching new members of the team about editing. One fun fact about Brooklynn is that this is her 14th year at the Academy and is, therefore, a daughter of the school. Brooklynn really enjoys hanging out with her friends and creating unforgettable memories. She is thrilled to incorporate technology into her lifestyle while also creating memories with her friends!

Alice is excited about returning to Video Productions for her second year to be a mentor for first-year students and to continue to show her creativity through film. One fun fact about Alice is that she loves to help others and to serve her community.

Katie Yoshikawa, Class of 2029 l Year 1 Video Productions
This is Katie's first year being a part of the Lancer Lately crew. She is super thrilled to be able to interview and see all the Lancers in action. As a Lancer, she takes her time to help the ELC, eat scrumptious food, and play basketball for the school. One thing she wants you to remember about her is that she LOVES PLAYING ROBLOX! ❤️❤️

Mrs. Alyssa Myers, Adviser
Mrs. Myers has taught Video Productions at the Academy for nearly ten years, along with Journalism and English 9. She is also the English Department Chair. Before becoming a teacher, she worked at local news outlets and freelanced for print publications. A fun fact is that she will be coaching the school’s first surf team this spring. She also loves surfing with her husband and two kids, Liv and Asher. Mrs. Myers hopes her students remember her for inspiring them to tell stories through media!
