Shezelle Awaya-Mara, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Shezelle is looking forward to her first year in Video Productions, having hoped to be a part of it since the 8th grade! Shezelle appreciates every new experience and every learning opportunity and hopes she could get better at filming/editing. She loves and cherishes time with her family most. One fun fact about Shezelle is that she has also been at the Academy all of her life and will graduate as a daughter next year.
Saidey de Jesus, Class of 2028 l Year 1 Video Productions
Saidey is looking forward to being in her first year of Video Productions. She always wished to be a good photographer. One fact about her is that she loves making little vlogs with her sister and enjoys playing soccer. You might remember Saidey for being shy at first, but if you get to know her, she’s loud.
Lindsey Dimaya, Class of 2025 l Year 3 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Linds is back at it again, with this being year three of Video Productions. Linds is part of the Executive Producers Team and hopes to continue to make and edit entertaining videos. Now that former Lancers Lately senior Paige Lum graduated, Linds is now the ultimate editor >:)
Hina Ikeuchi, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Hina has been eager to join the Lancers Lately since she was in the Lower School and made it one of her goals for high school. She enjoys playing sports, shopping, and spending time with her friends. She would like to be remembered as someone who is creative.
Allison Kawamoto, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Ally is extremely excited to be a part of the Lancers Lately crew. She looks forward to improving her editing skills and getting more involved in school activities. In her free time, she loves shelling, bodyboarding, hiking, and trying out new restaurants. An interesting fact about Ally is that she can rollerskate. She hopes to be known for her outgoing and extroverted personality.
Sara Kea, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Sara has been at the Academy since Senior Kindergarten and is extremely thrilled to be a part of the Lancers Lately crew. She hopes to gain lots of videography and writing skills in hopes it will benefit her in the future. In her free time, she loves to swim, surf, and dive for shells. One fun fact about her is that she’s a certified lifeguard. Sara hopes she can be remembered as someone who is passionate in what she does.
Mia Lagapa, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Mia enjoys going to the beach, hanging out with her cousins, and spending time with family and friends. She’s been very interested in photography and video productions for a while now and is excited to finally be a part of Lancers Lately. Mia can’t wait to grow in this class. One thing Mia wants people to remember her for is her bubbly personality and how she isn't afraid to chase her dreams.
Kailie Lau, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Kailie Lau is a daughter at Sacred Hearts Academy. She is thrilled to be joining the Lancers Lately crew. Kailie is eager to gain both filming and photography skills, as it will greatly improve her Instagram posts. Kailie's fun fact is she enjoys the beach, açai bowls and surfing. She is excited to have the opportunity to remember moments and gain knowledge from this course. One thing Kailie wants to be remembered for is her compassionate personality.
Megan Lee, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Megan is excited to join the Video Productions crew and cover events, such as assemblies and football games alongside our brother school, Saint Louis. One fun fact about Megan is that she enjoys studying and working because it takes up most of her time. One thing Megan wants people to remember about her is the memories she is able to capture in her photography.
Rilynn Milczarski, Class of 2028 l Year 1 Video Productions
Rilynn is excited to start her first year in the Video Productions crew filming and photographing events and sports. One fun fact about Rilynn is that she enjoys playing volleyball and loves the color pink. Rilynn wants to be remembered for her personality.

Sage is excited to return to the Lancers Lately this year. She looks forward to being on the Executive Producers Team, as well as being a co-manager for the Lancers Lately’s social media. Sage enjoys crocheting, collecting sonny angels, and skincare! Sage also likes to hang out with her friends. She wants to be remembered for her fun personality!
Je t'aime Paio, Class of 2025 l Year 2 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Je t’aime is eager to return for her second year as a part of the Video Productions crew, but this time, she will also be part of the Executive Producers Team! She loves to play volleyball, apply skincare and make up, and cherishes quality time with family and friends. One thing Je t’aime wants everyone to remember her for is her sympathetic personality and perseverance.

Katelyn is thrilled to return again for her second year in video, now as one of the Executive Producers! She hopes to learn new filmmaking skills throughout her time in Video Productions. Katelyn still loves boba and bowling, as well as spending time with family and friends. She would like to be remembered for the memories she captures of the school.

Cayeelah is excited about being a part of the Lancers Lately crew. She wants to learn about video editing and filming. She's looking forward to learning new things and covering events for the school. She plays basketball for the Academy and does boxing outside of school. In her free time, Cayeelah likes sleeping or going shopping.
Eden Soxpollard, Class of 2025 l Year 2 Video Productions l Executive Producer
Eden is ecstatic about being a part of the Lancers Lately crew again this year. She is also honored to be a part of the Executive Producers Team and looks forward to it. She has a lot of hobbies, including theater, sports, ceramics, and so much more. She looks forward to this year and wants the “Little Lancers Lately” to become her legacy.
Brooklyn Tom, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Brooklynn is thrilled to be a part of this year’s Video Productions team. She’s very interested in learning different ways to incorporate technology into her daily lifestyle, while also creating memories with her friends! A fun fact about Brooklynn is that this is her 13th year at the Academy and is, therefore, a daughter of the school. Brooklynn really enjoys hanging out with her friends and creating unforgettable memories!
Alice Tupou-Tuipulotu, Class of 2026 l Year 1 Video Productions
Alice Rose is thrilled to be a part of the Lancer’s Lately team. She is eager to gain skills in this class that will benefit her both academically and personally. Alice appreciates the opportunity to learn new things and connect with others through this program. A fact about Alice is that she has been attending the Academy all her life and will be graduating as a daughter. One thing Alice wants to be remembered for is for having a good attitude and kind heart.
Allison Yokoyana, Class of 2027 l Year 1 Video Productions
Ally has always wanted to join Lancers Lately since she was in middle school. She likes to take pictures of all kinds of things, like funny pictures, sunset pictures, and a lot more! She enjoys spending time with friends on the weekend. A fun fact is that she enjoys cooking in her free time. She will try to learn new recipes every week, if not more! Something she wants to be remembered for is that she is a little shy at first but will open up towards the end of Lancers Lately.
Hannah Zhang, Class of 2028 l Year 1 Video Productions
Hannah has loved taking selfies since she was a child and made interesting videos to send to social networking sites. For the first time, she was very excited to learn how to make videos! She likes to play the cello and make desserts!
Mrs. Alyssa Myers, Adviser
Mrs. Myers has been the Academy's Video Productions teacher for almost a decade! She also teaches Journalism and English 9. Before teaching, she worked at local news publications and often freelanced for print publications. One fun fact about Mrs. Myers is that she loves surfing at sunset with her husband and two kids, Liv and Asher. She hopes to be remembered for her energetic teaching style!
