The Sacred Hearts Academy Lower School mission is to educate young women to commit to God's compassionate love revealed in the hearts of Jesus and Mary; to take responsibility for their own lives; to contribute positively to the world around them; and to value life-long learning.
Students can bring home lunch or purchase school breakfast, lunch, or snack from our Student Center which is managed by Sodexo Hawaii. Our Student Center is equipped with microwaves* for students who bring school lunch. Sodexo’s school breakfast options are served ala carte, lunch for Grades 1-6 includes a starch, protein, fruit, salad bar and choice of beverage: 1⁄2 pint of 1% milk or 1⁄2 pint of Fat Free milk.
*Availability of microwaves in the Student Center are subject to change due to COVID19.
Campus Ministry supports the spiritual development of our entire school community - students, staff, parents, and alumnae according to the mission and philosophy of the school. Campus Ministry promotes the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church and as a Sacred Hearts school, it promotes the ideal of living in and loving the world as Jesus and Mary had.
Our 5th and 6th graders have a day of reflection off-campus on a regular school day for a retreat led by a team of Senior students.
Before School Care is provided on-campus for Grades 1-6 by Sacred Hearts Academy in our Student Center. Before School Care begins at 6:00 am and is included in fees.
After School Care is provided on-campus for Grades 1-6 by Kama’aina Kids. The daily rate is $10; monthly rate is $160. The daily rate can only be charged up to 10 days each month. If the 10-day maximum rate is exceeded, the monthly rate is charged.
