Eden Arthur, 11th Grade

I decided to take Video Productions because I really enjoyed it last year and wanted to continue working on the skills that I learned. I am looking forward to working with my other crew members to create amazing videos and also making The Lancers Lately something that our school looks forward to. In my free time, I like to edit pictures and videos and also play soccer. I play soccer for Sacred Hearts Academy and also for a club soccer team. In 10 years, I really don’t know where I am going to be, but I hope that I am having a successful career in something I am passionate about.

I also want to make Lancers Lately something people can look forward to watching. I’m looking forward to anchoring and learning more about Video Productions. In my free time, I play basketball and volleyball. I also like to spend time with friends and family. In 10 years, I see myself working as either a manager or being in the military and starting a future with my significant other.

Melanie Constantino, 12th Grade

I decided to take Video Productions because I enjoy photography, and I wanted to expand my knowledge. I wanted to learn new skills that I can use in my lifetime. I also decided to take the class because it seemed like fun, from what I saw on past broadcasts. I want The Lancers Lately to be a broadcast that can cheer up the school on those Monday mornings. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family. I also go to a lot of football and basketball games throughout the school year. I am also doing an internship at Center for Tomorrow’s Leaders in marketing. In 10 years, I see myself graduated with a master’s degree, working in business, marketing or accounting.

Grace Francisco, 12th Grade

Hi, I’m Grace Francisco, and I am a senior. I’m interested in going into film as a career, and this class allows me to gain experience in that area. I heard a lot of good comments about this class, and it looked really fun from the past broadcasts. I want The Lancers Lately to be something people look forward to watching and not just another news show, so I’m glad I get to be apart of this crew. Outside of school, I have a part-time job at the mall. I also like to create art on occasion. In 10 years, I see myself working in the animation industry, possibly for Disney.

No matter what I’m doing, I just hope I’ll be happy.

Selena Lytle-Brinck, 12th Grade

Hi, I’m Selena Lytle-Brinck, and I’m a senior. At first I didn’t sign up for this class, but now that I get to experience it, I’ve grown to like Video Productions. This class will help me with editing videos better and being able to create quality content for The Lancers Lately. Being apart of the crew is a fun experience. Even though I’m not that confident to be in front of the camera, I hope that during second semester, I’ll be able to anchor. In my free time, I like to hang out with friends and family, and I also like to edit videos. In 10 years, I see myself working in either film productions or being a graphic designer.
