To apply for admission, the following items must be submitted or completed:

• A completed application form and a non-refundable fee of $35, made payable to SACRED HEARTS ACADEMY
  
• Copies of the applicant's transcript and the current year's report card
  
• Two recommendation letters from current teachers
  
• Official standardized test results
  
• A personal interview scheduled by the Director of Admissions.
