To apply for admission, the following items must be submitted or completed:

• A completed application form and a non-refundable fee of $35, made payable to SACRED HEARTS ACADEMY
  
• A copy of the applicant's report card for both the current and previous school year
  
• Two recommendation letters from current teachers
  
• Admissions testing scheduled by the Director of Admissions.
