For students needing care after the school day ends, the Academy offers an After School Care (ASC) Program for students in grades Junior Kindergarten to six, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on regular school days and 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

ASC participants are closely supervised, with low student-teacher ratios, participating in activities that include homework supervision, arts and crafts, games, enrichment activities, outdoor games, and free play. A healthy afternoon snack is also included.

Students in ASC are released only to authorized adults upon sign-out. For those left after 6 pm., there is a $5 charge for each 15 minutes, or fraction thereof, due when the child is picked up.
